How we estimate print time
When you upload, we run your file through the same slicing software and printer settings we use for production. It works out how much material your design needs and how long it takes on our printers. You don’t need to know any of this: it just sets your minimum price.
Material guide
PLA or PETG? Choosing your material

| Strength | Stiff but brittle. Can snap if dropped | Tough and slightly flexible. Bends before it breaks |
| Heat | Softens at about 55–60°C. Indoors only; never in a car or direct sun | Holds its shape to about 75–80°C. Handles most UAE heat, but not a car dashboard in summer |
| Water and outdoors | Indoor use. Weakens and fades in sunlight | Water-resistant. Fine for planters, bathrooms and shaded outdoor spots |
| Finish and detail | Sharpest detail, matte or satin finish | Slightly glossy; very fine details come out a little softer |

Not sure?
Pick PETG for anything functional, outdoors or near heat. Pick PLA for decorative pieces that stay indoors.

Neither material is sold as food-safe, so no listings for cups, plates or food containers.
Listing rules
Every listing is reviewed by a person
After automatic checks (the file prints correctly and fits our printers), a person approves each listing before it goes live.

- Weapons and gun parts
- Unlicensed characters and brands (fan art, logos)
- Adult content
